I am a Teacher .Want to bring a change in thinking, in education in the masses about a female’s lace in life of a Nation and Home ….so started trying since 1988 as a lecturer in HKMV Jind .In 1992 O joined as Lectuer in English in school Education Haryana. More or lrss I taught in rural Area and incould brought a change of 100 % results in English …alongwith maximum enrollment of Girls in schools who were drop outs before or after matric .To ensurewomen Empowerment …ir was mandatory to take support of Males …so tried to instill the feeling of equality aming boy students …..thry could fight for the females at their homes .
Environmental Pollution again is a burning topic ….Corona has opened our eyes ….to create Oxygen Factories we need to plant more and more trees …therefore I planted 250 Trees in Gsss Gorawar …where Trees are approximately 8_ q0 ft high ……..To save Our planet Earth It was very important ti use potable water econocally..
We created pots to recycle water in school campus …and we made it mandatory to clean campus twice a week by students and teachers …..Water was recycled regulatly …..Consequently ….CleanlinessI nspection Teams patted us .
I was able generate generous donations from my husband (Doctor ), family and relatives and in the lat from the village community. Hence we could get A grand gate , generator, dual dedks qorth 1.25 laks, warer cooler, A stage 20×20 ft , 2 Huge Sheds , All ground…a working Globe of quintals , Bharat Mata and Saraswati Temples….in this chain …I also donated a Water Tank 10×10×10 to drink water for 500 students ….120 pots and plants in20 fans and many more thongs needed for school and students.
Students strength increased by 100% .Our Primary section upgraded and became Model Sanskriti school…
I was invited by Kyrgyzstan anf Uzbeskistan govt in International Conference to present paper …and it was published in their Magazine.
I was also invited By the Govt of Israel for 21 dsys in Principal ‘ Training
….Ingosys and Bhaskar, LPS Bossard and Chief Minister of Haryana and Deputy Minister of Delhi has honoured me ……
