Devershee sachan, born in gurugram haryana, is a person with disability with 75 percent disability, Devershee had done its primary and secoundary education from kendriya vidyalaya gurugram and did his graduation as (Interior designer) from sushant university gurugram in 2020, despite having 75 percent disability devershee is determinant and complete his education with able body students, he is also an active volenteer in social work and also had been honoured as a life time member in indian redcross society from gurugram branch, in between his graduation while attending a awareness camp devershee saw some young age persons with some disabilities and amputation with a low motivation and not willing to live, that was the moment he realises that he must do something on behalf of all persons with disablities and be an example for them, to motivate them, to ensure them that everything is possible if they try at least one time.
This incident motivates Devershee to make his debut in sports because in india sports is something we all love, so that devershee halt their graduation in middle and working out how he can enter in sports, In 2017 he started his traning in Devi lal stadium gurugram, in 2017 when khel mahakumb begins he gets an oppertunity to start his sports carrier, he bags one gold in shotput and one silver in discuss throw at the district games, he is all set to participate in state championship at faridabad in 2018, he bags 2 gold medals in shotput and club throw respectively, then he qualifies for national championship held at panchkula in 2018 and bags 2 gold medals in shotput and clubthrow, also he throws an impressive 34.15 meters in club throw with a national record, after his impressive performance he got selected for his first international tour representing india at paris in 2018, where he bags a silver medal with qualifying for indonesia 2018 asian para games, after he landed in india he participated in indian open para athletics championship 2018, again he bags 2 gold medals in shotput and club throw respectively, at the asian games he secures 5th position after retruning to india he travels to beijing 2019 world para athletics grand prix china and secures 2nd position, after returning he participated in national para athletic championship for cerebral palsy bihar in 2019, where he bags 2 gold medals in shotput and club throw respectively, after that in 2020 he secures 3 gold medals in shotput, discuss and clubthrow respectively in national para athletic championship for cerebral palsy, in between at the time of nation covid-19 lockdown devershee wiith association of numerous ngos (Ek uddan, Rotary international, Indian redcross society)distributed rations, sanitry and medical items, food and all day to day essentials to the needy one and also at the time of vacination drive he requested to the gurugram administration and honorable cheif minister of haryana to set up a special camp for person with disablities to ensure their safe vaccination, In 2021 he bags 1 gold medal and 1 silver medal in shotput and cub throw respectively at indian open para athletics championship bangaluru, after that he bags 2 gold medal and 1 silver in shotput, javline and discuss throw respectively in National para athletic championship 2021,In 2022 he bags 2 gold medals in shotput and clubthrow respectively in national para athletic championship 2022 after that he travels to italy for world para athletics italian grand prix 2022 where he climbs to 4th at world ranking in shotput after that he travels to attend world para athletics grand prix tunisia 2022 where he bags bronze medal in club throw and climbs to the 1st position in Asian rankings and 4th in worlds rankinig in club throw.
Currently he is in the 1st in Asian ranking that qualifies him for para asian games 2022, and also qualifies for Bhim award – the Highest sports honour given by goverment of haryana.
